As a fast-growing door-to-door franchise network, Geninc aimed to strengthen cohesion and inspire its teams across Europe through a unified brand initiative.

Built around the mantra “Aspire to Inspire,” envisioned by Thomas Desmoulin, the project translates this mindset into a cohesive merchandising collection designed as part of the everyday experience. Each piece was conceived to be both functional and symbolic — supporting daily routines while reinforcing a shared sense of purpose.

Spanning notebooks, apparel, and everyday objects, the collection acts as a subtle but constant touchpoint — embedding the brand’s energy into the lives of its franchisees.

More than a set of items, it becomes a tool for alignment — fostering motivation, connection, and a collective identity across the network.
